Sheister. An experience that will make you THINK. Long story short? For years, the "outrageous eight," as they called themselves, lived as friends through a world of change.  4 couples.  Now growing old together in a retirement community unlike any other.  But an event occurs which changes things from oh-so happy to oh-so sinister...really.   The beau and belle of the ball, they are, two of them.  The remainder of the group cherishes them- looks up to them...needs them.  Then- a pregnancy at a very old age changes things.  A baby is born.  The aged mother passes in its occurrence.  Then- complete sadness.  A child in foster homes due to the aged father's disbelief and  bereavement.   Anger burns among the survivors. The child grows into very young adulthood.  Becomes pregnant herself.  Then takes her own life after the birth of her son.  A child who, by his trials and tribulations, will ultimately change the course of criminal history. You see- this is where it really gets crazy- by this time the odd-seven, merely existing for thirteen long years, and severely changed with hatred, decide that they will work with the grandfather, the only living relative, to adopt this  boy.  Only, after much public to-do, they do not raise the child with the love and wisdom of the ages.  Nope.
